Concepts and Revisions

All interaction occurs over the Internet.

2-5 designers will collaborate on your logo design concepts, your initial logo concepts will be ready in 2 days.

Logo-Design.biz will deliver  unlimited revisions of your project. That do not require a new design or a complete overhaul of the original design. This includes color, font, or position changes needed. Revision cycles take 24-48 hours to complete, depending on the complexity of your requested changes.
 

Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars. No hidden charges.

Payment must be made using a valid credit card or PAYPAL. If you prefer to using any other method of payment, email for detail.

Full payment must be verified before design work is undertaken.

When payment has been verified the client will be sent a confirmation email, marking the beginning of the design process.


Logo Approval

The design process will terminate when the client gives final approval of a logo design design. This will normally be done by email.
Once the final approval has been received, no further revision / redraw available.

Each package contains one final logo only. Upon completion of your logo design project, Your final logo will be zipped and you will download all your new logo files on your own private web page or receive it via email.

The Final package contains following formats:

Bitmap format for Web:
*.PNG 72dpi, *.JPEG 150dpi
Bitmap High-resolution format for Printing:
CMYK *.TIFF 300dpi, *.PSD
Vector source editable format:
*.AI, *.CDR
More formats available:
*.PDF, *.EPS, *.BMP, *.GIF...

At the same time, you also can ask us to offer you a CD for free. (You have to pay the shipping fee)

Logo-Design.biz will save the copies unlimitedly, if you lose it carelessly, please contact us [info@logo-design.biz]
 

Refund policy

We guarantee your full satisfaction or your money back.
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with our work, you may request to have all work stopped and your money refunded (less a $35 service administration fee for all refunds). Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of your request.
Refunds can only be issued for orders paid by credit card or PAYPAL.

This refund policy will NOT take effect if any of the following conditions apply:
1. If you purchase the $99 Package or any additional design services;
2. If you have requested revisions or redraw;
3. If we do not hear back from you for more than 30 days;
4. If the company we are making the logo for closes, changes their name or activity;
5. If the project was closed for reasons unrelated to our design.
 

Copyrights & Ownership

On completion of the design process, the ownership and copyright of the final logo is automatically transferred to the client.

Each package contains one final logo only. Unapproved draft logo designs shall remain the copyright of Logo-Design.biz; Logo-Design.biz keep the rights to put approved logo in Logo-Design.biz for example.
