Terms and Conditions

This page contains the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the www.Logo-Design.biz Web Site and its services. Please read this page carefully. By submitting the order form or sending payment the client agrees to accept the following terms and conditions.

Concepts and Revisions
All interaction occurs over the Internet.

For Silver Package:

2 designers will collaborate on your logo design concepts, your 4 logo concepts will be ready in 48 hours.

Logo-Design.biz will deliver 1 free redraw and 3 free revisions of your project.

Each new logo design (redraw) concept is $25.

Each additional revision is $10: That do not require a new design or a complete overhaul of the original design. This includes color, font, or position changes needed.

For Gold Package, Platinum Package
and Diamond Package:

3-5 designers will collaborate on your logo design concepts, your 6 logo concepts will be ready in 48 hours. (10 logo concepts for Diamond package)

Logo-Design.biz will deliver 4 free redraw and unlimited free revisions of your project.
(6 free redraw for Diamond package)

Each new logo design (redraw) concept is $25.

Revision cycles take 24-48 hours to complete, depending on the complexity of your requested changes.

Client shall have 1 month to respond to each set of concepts/revisions submitted to Client for review. If we do not hear back from client for more than 1 month, Logo-Design.biz will assume the project complete and the project shall be deemed to be complete.

Some projects are completed in two days while others can take months to complete.

This privacy statement relates to the www.Logo-Design.biz , Logo-Design.biz is strongly committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe online experience for all our users. We strive to keep your personal information confidential.

In order to provide a quick and accurate response to your order, Logo-Design.biz only asks for the information necessary to complete your order with precision. All the information is strictly for Logo-Design.biz use. It will not be shared with any other company at any cost.

We do NOT collect financial information such as credit card numbers, expiration date etc for processing our orders. That information would be taken by Digital River, Inc. for processing our orders. Please read Digital River, Inc.'s privacy policy to know more about it.

Payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars. No hidden charges.

Payment must be made using a valid credit card using Digital River, Inc. If you prefer to using any other method of payment, email for detail.

Full payment must be verified before design work is undertaken.

When payment has been verified the client will be sent a confirmation email, marking the beginning of the design process. This will normally occur within one business day.

Logo Approval

The design process will terminate when the client gives final approval of a logo design design. This will normally be done by email.

Upon completion of your logo design project, Your final logo will be zipped and you will download all your new logo files on your own private web page, These final files will be included:

For the Web:
*.PNG 72dpi, *.JPEG 150dpi
High-resolution image:
CMYK *.TIFF 300dpi, *.PSD
Vector resizable files for printing:
*.AI, *.CDR
More formats available:
*.PDF, *.EPS, *.BMP...

At the same time, you also can ask us to offer you a CD for FREE. (Except Silver package)

Logo-Design.biz will save the copies unlimitedly, if you lose it carelessly, please contact us [info@logo-design.biz]

Copyrights|Ownership

On completion of the design process, the ownership and copyright of the final logo is automatically transferred to the client.

Unapproved draft logo designs shall remain the copyright of Logo-Design.biz; Logo-Design.biz keep the rights to put approved logo in Logo-Design.biz for example.
