Web Site and its services. Please read this page
carefully. By submitting the Brochure Design
order form or sending payment the client agrees
to accept the following terms and conditions.

copyright of
Logo-Design.Biz and may not be
reproduced without permission. All rights
reserved.
Payment
All prices are quoted in USD. No hidden charges.
Prices can be converted into (EUR) Euro, (GBP)
British Pound, (JPY) Japanese Yen, (CHF) Swiss
Franc or any other currency during the payment
procedure.
Payment must be made using a valid credit card
using SWREG or PAYPAL. If you prefer to use
another method of payment, email us for details.
Full payment must be verified before the
Brochure Design work is undertaken.
When payment has been verified the client will
be sent a confirmation email, marking the
beginning of the design process. This will
normally occur within one business day.
Concepts and Revisions
All Brochure Design interaction occurs over the
Internet.
Your initial Brochure Design variations will be
ready in 3 days.
Depending on the Brochure Design package you
choose and brochure type, 2 to 4 designers will
work on your project.
STANDARD PACKAGE:
Logo-Design.Biz will deliver 3
revisions of your Brochure Design project, $25
for each additional revision.
PREMIUM PACKAGE:
Logo-Design.Biz will deliver
unlimited revisions of your Brochure Design
project until you are 100% satisfied.
Revision cycles take 1 or 2 days to complete,
depending on the complexity of your requested
changes.
Client shall have 1 month to respond to each set
of concepts/revisions submitted to Client for
review. If we do not hear back from client for
more than 1 month,
Logo-Design.Biz will assume
the Project complete and the Project shall be
deemed to be complete.
Some Brochure Design projects are completed in 3
days while others can take months to complete.
Brochure Design Approval
The Brochure Design process will terminate when
the client gives final approval of a Brochure
Design. This will normally be done by email.
Upon completion of your Brochure Design project,
Your final Brochure files will be zipped and
sent to you by email, These final files will be
included:
* AI (Adobe Illustrator)
* CDR (CoralDRAW)
* PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
* PDF (Portable Document file)
* JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
* TIFF (Tagged Image File Format)
If you have a special request you can download
it from the internet. If you need a CD we will
provide this for free and you just pay the
shipping.
Logo-Design.Biz will keep your Brochure files
indefinitely. If you need a replacement copy
please contact us at
info@Logo-Design.Biz and
we will email you a copy in a timely manner. If
you need a CD we will provide this for free and
you just pay the shipping.
Refund Policy
We guarantee your full satisfaction or your
money back.
There is a $50 administration fee for all
refunds.
Refunds can only be issued for orders paid by
credit card or PAYPAL.
Refunds will NOT be provided under the following
conditions:
* If you purchased a "Standard Package" or any
additional designs.
* If you have approved your Brochure Design (or
any other design works)
* If you have requested revision or redraw.
* If the company we are designing the Brochure
for, goes out of business, changes their name,
or changes their line of work.
* If the project closes for any reason unrelated
to our design.
* If we do not hear back from you for more than
1 month.
OWNERSHIP/COPYRIGHTS
On completion of the Brochure Design process,
the ownership and copyright of the final
Brochure is automatically transferred to the
client.
Unapproved draft Brochure Design shall remain
the copyright of
Logo-Design.Biz.
Logo-Design.Biz keep the rights to put approved
Brochure in
Logo-Design.Biz's website for
example.
